How do I return an item?

Returns and Exchanges

  • Original sales receipt required for all returned items.
  • Merchandise returned without a valid receipt will receive a gift card or store credit for current retail price.
  • Monogrammed or personalized items may not be returned or exchanged unless it is determined to be the cause of the store.
  • Only a refund will be issued in the same form of currency used at the time of purchase, unless purchase was made by a check, and a refund will be mailed within 14 days, from the date of the returned items. (Checks are not accepted as payment for online purchases.)
  • Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
  • Returns may be made up to 90 days for regular priced items.
  • Merchandise must be in the same condition as when purchased or up to a 15% restocking fee may apply.
  • Sale merchandise may not be returned after 30 days.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise, online or in the store. Final sale is merchandise that is reduced 50% or more.

We guarantee all merchandise and your satisfaction. We do request that web orders be returned within 14 days of being received. With a receipt, full refunds are issued by original payment method. Without a receipt, refunds will be issued at the current price in the form of a store credit. If requesting an exchange please describe the size or color of the item(s) needed.
