Payment Methods

We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. All purchases are charged only when merchandise is shipped. If an item is on back order you will only be charged for the item(s) shipped plus the shipping amount for the entire order.

Returns and Exchanges

Every item you purchase at Bob Mickler's is 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

• Original sales receipt required for all returned items.
• Merchandise returned without a valid receipt will receive a gift card or store credit for current retail price.
• Monogrammed or personalized items may not be returned or exchanged unless it is determined to be the cause of the store.
• Only a refund will be issued in the same form of currency used at the time of purchase.
• Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
• If a purchase was made by a check, a refund will be mailed within 14 days, from the date of the returned items.
• Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment. It may be necessary to mail a check for returns over $40.00.
• Returns may be made up to 90 days.
• Merchandise must be in the same condition as when purchased or up to a 15% restocking fee may apply.
• Sale merchandise may not be returned after 30 days.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise, online or in the store. Final sale is merchandise that is reduced 50% or more.

We guarantee all merchandise and your satisfaction. Purchases may be exchanged or returned at any time, unless the item has been marked final sale (merchandise marked 50% off or more). We do request that web orders be returned within 14 days of being received. With a receipt, full refunds are issued by original payment method. Without a receipt, refunds will be issued at the current price in the form of a store credit. If requesting an exchange please describe the size or color of the item(s) needed.
